Garlic Chicken Pasta (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Chicken Pieces

01 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
02 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, add more or less based on preference
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 2 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1 lb chicken breasts, no skin or bones, cut into small chunks

→ Parmesan Fettuccine with Sauce

09 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh parsley, optional
11 - 8 oz fettuccine noodles
12 - 1 cup heavy cream
13 - 2 tbsp butter
14 - Black pepper to taste
15 - Salt to taste
16 - 3 minced garlic cloves

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Salt some water in a large pot and bring it to a boil. Throw in the fettuccine and cook it as the package says—firm but not hard to bite. Pour out the water and leave it nearby.
02 - Put the chicken chunks in a bowl and stir them together with black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powders, red pepper flakes, and salt.
03 - In a big skillet, warm up olive oil over medium-high heat. Toss in the seasoned chicken and let it cook, stirring now and then, until golden and done—about 6 to 8 minutes. Take it off once it's ready and keep it warm.
04 - Put butter in a big pan and melt it over medium heat. Toss in the garlic for a quick sauté—about a minute or two. Pour in the cream and let it simmer gently. Lower the heat, whisk in the Parmesan, and stir nonstop till melted and saucy. Add a little salt and pepper as needed.
05 - Add the cooked noodles to your cheesy sauce, stirring till they're wrapped up in it. Dish it out and place the flavorful chicken chunks on top. Sprinkle with parsley if you'd like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - If you prefer less spice, cut back on the crushed red pepper.
