# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Main

01 - 2 cups regular flour
02 - 1/2 cup finely diced walnuts
03 - 1 cup soft unsalted butter
04 - 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar

→ For finishing

05 - Extra confectioners' sugar for coating

# How to Make It:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put some parchment paper on your baking tray.
02 - Mix the soft butter with confectioners' sugar in a big bowl until it's smooth and airy.
03 - Stir in the flour and chopped walnuts into your butter mixture until you get a nice soft dough.
04 - Break off bits of dough and roll them into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls. Space them out evenly on your lined baking tray.
05 - Let them cook for 25 minutes until the bottoms turn golden but the tops stay light.
06 - Let the cookies cool just a bit, then roll them in extra confectioners' sugar while they're still warm. Put them on a wire rack to cool fully, then roll them again in sugar once they're completely cooled.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Want a dairy-free option? Swap the butter for coconut oil and make sure your confectioners' sugar doesn't have milk products.
