Pizza Rolls Treats (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 8 tortillas (flour, soft, taco-sized)
02 - 1/2 cup of sauce for pizza
03 - 6 oz of sliced pepperoni (10 slices per wrap)
04 - 8 pieces of string cheese (at room temperature)
05 - 2 to 3 teaspoons of olive oil (extra virgin)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Using 1 tablespoon per tortilla, spread some pizza sauce, leaving about 1/4 inch of the edge clean.
02 - Place a total of 10 pepperoni slices evenly over the sauce on each tortilla.
03 - Put one piece of string cheese along one side of every tortilla.
04 - Roll up the tortillas snugly, keeping the seam at the bottom. Do this for all tortillas one by one.
05 - Warm up your air fryer to 375°F for about 3 to 4 minutes. Lightly coat the basket with nonstick spray in the meantime.
06 - Use a brush to lightly coat the tops of the rolls with olive oil.
07 - Arrange 3 to 4 rolls in the fryer basket, giving space between them. Fry until crispy and golden, about 9 to 10 minutes.
08 - Grab the warm, melty rolls and dig into the cheesy goodness!

01 - Pair them with marinara, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
02 - Top with a sprinkle of basil, parsley, or chili flakes.
03 - Serve alongside a simple salad for a filling meal.
