BBQ Cheesy Meatballs (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Making the meatball mix

01 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
02 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 lb ground beef
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
09 - 1 egg
10 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1/4 cup milk

→ For the top

12 - Fresh parsley (optional, for sprinkling)
13 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn on your oven to 400°F. Cover a baking tray with foil or parchment and give it a light coat of oil.
02 - Dump the ground beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper into a big bowl. Mix just until it’s all combined—don’t work it too much.
03 - Take the mixture and roll it into balls that are about 1 1/2 inches big. Spread them out evenly on the tray you prepped.
04 - Let the meatballs bake for 15-18 minutes. They should be nicely browned and fully cooked when done.
05 - Take the tray out and brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce. Then pop it back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes to let the sauce turn sticky.
06 - Add a little fresh parsley on top if you’re into that, and dig in while they’re warm. These are awesome as snacks or with mashed potatoes for a meal!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Don’t mix the meat too much if you want softer, juicier meatballs.
