Turn on your oven to 400°F. Cover a baking tray with foil or parchment and give it a light coat of oil.

Dump the ground beef, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper into a big bowl. Mix just until it’s all combined—don’t work it too much.

Take the mixture and roll it into balls that are about 1 1/2 inches big. Spread them out evenly on the tray you prepped.

Let the meatballs bake for 15-18 minutes. They should be nicely browned and fully cooked when done.

Take the tray out and brush the meatballs with BBQ sauce. Then pop it back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes to let the sauce turn sticky.

Add a little fresh parsley on top if you’re into that, and dig in while they’re warm. These are awesome as snacks or with mashed potatoes for a meal!
