Get your skillet or griddle nice and hot on medium-high.

Take small handfuls of beef and flatten them onto half of each tortilla. Add plenty of seasoning.

Put the meat side down first and cook about 2–3 minutes till it's browned.

Turn everything over, toss cheese on top, fold tortilla, and toast both sides till crunchy.

Cut into pieces and enjoy with your fave burger fixings or a sauce for dipping.
