03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

05 - 6 small flour tortillas
06 - 6 slices American cheese

→ Toppings

07 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
08 - 1/4 cup diced pickles
09 - 1/4 cup diced onion
10 - 1/2 cup burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish blended)

→ For Cooking

11 - Cooking spray or a small amount of oil for the pan

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for several seconds until pliable and soft.
02 - Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Apply a light coat of cooking spray or oil. Place a portion of ground beef onto the hot surface and position a tortilla over the beef. Use a spatula or heavy press to firmly flatten the beef beneath the tortilla.
03 - Allow the beef side to cook against the skillet for approximately 3 minutes until a deep golden crust forms.
04 - Turn the tortilla so the beef faces upward, then immediately top with one slice of American cheese. Let the cheese melt for 1 to 2 minutes.
05 - Remove from the skillet, layering each with shredded lettuce, diced pickles, diced onion, and a generous drizzle of burger sauce.
06 - Fold tacos and serve promptly while warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For even melting, place a lid over the pan after adding cheese. Use freshly shredded lettuce to preserve crisp texture.
