# What You’ll Need:

→ Pasta

01 - 340g linguine or spaghetti

→ Protein

02 - 450g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Sauce Base

03 - 4 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
06 - 120ml white wine or chicken broth
07 - 1 lemon, juiced and zested
08 - 240ml heavy cream

→ Cheese

09 - 50g grated Parmesan cheese
10 - 100g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Seasonings & Garnish

11 - Salt and pepper to taste
12 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set oven temperature to 190°C (375°F).
02 - Prepare linguine or spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
05 - Pour white wine (or chicken broth) into the skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes.
06 - Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer.
07 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat thoroughly in the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Transfer pasta to a large baking dish, spreading evenly. Arrange the cooked shrimp on top.
09 - Sprinkle grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella evenly over the pasta and shrimp.
10 - Place dish in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
11 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
