Shrimp & Crab Pasta (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 8 oz of any pasta you like, such as penne or rotini
02 - 1 cup of pre-cooked shrimp, cleaned and ready to use
03 - 1 cup of crab meat, shredded or chunked
04 - 1/2 cup of diced celery
05 - 1/4 cup of finely chopped red onion
06 - 1/2 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
07 - 1 tbsp of freshly cut dill
08 - 1/2 cup of mayo
09 - 2 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
10 - 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
11 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
12 - Lemon wedges on the side

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the pasta according to the package. Drain and rinse with cool water to stop it from cooking further.
02 - Take a big bowl and toss together the pasta, shrimp, crab, onion, tomatoes, and celery. Be gentle as you mix!
03 - In another bowl, stir the mayo, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper till it’s smooth.
04 - Drizzle the dressing over the pasta bowl. Add the dill, then lightly toss until coated. Chill it for 30 minutes or so for the flavors to come together.
05 - Serve chilled with lemon wedges on the side for that extra citrusy punch.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Cooking your pasta al dente helps it stay firm in the salad.
02 - Using fresh seafood gives richer flavor, but frozen or canned works too.
03 - Feel free to tweak the seasoning—add more dill or lemon if you'd like!
