Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.

Take a lasagna noodle, place a generous amount of the seafood mixture on it, and roll it up tightly. Repeat with remaining noodles.

Place the roll-ups seam side down in the prepared dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.

Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
