# What You’ll Need:

01 - 9 lasagna noodles
02 - 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
03 - 1 cup crab meat
04 - 2 cups Alfredo sauce
05 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
06 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
07 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
04 - Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
05 - Take a lasagna noodle, place a generous amount of the seafood mixture on it, and roll it up tightly. Repeat with remaining noodles.
06 - Place the roll-ups seam side down in the prepared dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
07 - Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
08 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
