02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
05 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

→ Seafood Mixture

08 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
09 - 8 oz lump crabmeat, drained and checked for shells
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
11 - Juice of 1 lemon
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

→ Topping

13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, Panko recommended
15 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, approximately 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in 3/4 cup of the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired. Remove from heat.
04 - In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
05 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, cooked shrimp, and lump crabmeat. Mix gently to combine.
06 - Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
07 - In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the mozzarella layer.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
09 - Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a lighter dish, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
02 - Ensure the crabmeat is thoroughly checked for any shells before use.
