Shrimp Corn Potato Sausage Pack (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 1 lb smoked beef sausage, sliced into rounds
03 - 4 ears of corn, cut into thirds
04 - 1 lb baby red potatoes, halved or quartered if large
05 - 4 tbsp olive oil
06 - 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or to taste)
07 - 1 tsp garlic powder
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
10 - Lemon wedges for serving
11 - Heavy-duty aluminum foil

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F), or preheat your oven to 425°F.
02 - In a large pot, boil potatoes for about 10-12 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
03 - Cut four large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (about 12x18 inches each).
04 - In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, corn, and boiled potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
05 - Divide the mixture evenly among the foil sheets. Fold the foil over the mixture and seal tightly to form packets.
06 - Place foil packs on the grill or in the oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning once if grilling, until shrimp is cooked through and everything is heated.
07 - Carefully open the packs (watch out for steam!). Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
