# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Crescent Ring Base

01 - 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough

→ Flavorful Filling

02 - 4 ounces chive and onion cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
04 - 3 teaspoons fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped, divided
05 - 2 cups Gruyère cheese, shredded, divided
06 - 1 pound turkey breast, thinly sliced
07 - 1 can (14 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce, divided

→ Topping

08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
09 - 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
10 - 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - Unroll crescent roll dough and arrange as a ring on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping corners. Spread chive and onion cream cheese evenly over the base. Brush Dijon mustard over the cream cheese and sprinkle 1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped rosemary or thyme and 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese.
03 - Place sliced turkey evenly over the cheese. Spoon half of the cranberry sauce in an even layer atop the turkey. Add the remaining 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese over the cranberry layer.
04 - Bring the narrow ends of the crescent dough triangles up and over the filling, tucking them under the inner edge to enclose the ingredients and form a ring.
05 - Combine melted butter, poppy seeds, granulated garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Brush over the top and sides of the crescent dough.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 22 to 24 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Allow crescent ring to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
07 - Sprinkle remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons of rosemary or thyme over the baked ring. Slice and serve warm with the remaining cranberry sauce on the side.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a crispier base, use a preheated baking stone and avoid overfilling the ring to maintain structural integrity.
