Slice, core, and rinse the cabbage; set aside.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crisp and browned (5–7 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving rendered drippings.

If bacon drippings seem scant, drizzle in olive oil; then add sliced onion. Cook until translucent and starting to caramelize, about 5 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to coat with onion-garlic mixture; season with salt and pepper. Continue sautéing, stirring occasionally, for 10–12 minutes until cabbage wilts and edges begin to brown. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Stir bacon back into the pan and heat through for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
