01 - 1 medium green cabbage head (about 2 lbs), cored and thinly sliced
02 - 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
03 - 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Slice, core, and rinse the cabbage; set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped turkey bacon until crisp and browned (5–7 minutes). Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving rendered drippings.
03 - If bacon drippings seem scant, drizzle in olive oil; then add sliced onion. Cook until translucent and starting to caramelize, about 5 minutes.
04 - Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
05 - Add sliced cabbage to the skillet. Stir well to coat with onion-garlic mixture; season with salt and pepper. Continue sautéing, stirring occasionally, for 10–12 minutes until cabbage wilts and edges begin to brown. Adjust seasoning as needed.
