Sautéed Garlic Cabbage Chicken (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
02 - Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage softens.
05 - Stir in soy sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
