Sausage and Sweet Potatoes Honey (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb sausage (Italian or chicken)
02 - 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
03 - 1/4 cup honey
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
02 - In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage and brown for 5-7 minutes.
03 - Stir in cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
