Place four large pieces of foil on a work surface and spray each with cooking spray. Place one chicken breast on each piece of foil and season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.

Divide the black beans, salsa, corn, and diced bell peppers evenly over the chicken breasts.

Fold the ends of each foil piece to seal the packets tightly.

Place the foil packets on the grill, vegetable side down, and cook for about 10 minutes. Flip the packets and continue grilling for another 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

Place the packets on a large baking pan. Open each packet, top with shredded cheese, and return to the grill on the baking pan until the cheese is melted.
