Set the crockpot to low and heat the chocolate mixture for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until fully melted. Uncover and stir thoroughly for a smooth consistency.

Fold in the peanuts, broken pretzels, and raisins until every ingredient is completely coated in melted chocolate.

Spoon the mixture onto a parchment- or silicone-lined baking sheet in even mounds.
