# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 cup cold or room temp unsalted butter
02 - 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed down
03 - 1 cup regular sugar
04 - 2 eggs, large size
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
06 - 3 1/2 cups flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
09 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Mix-ins

10 - 10 ounces salted caramel chips
11 - 1 cup chips made from white chocolate
12 - 1 1/2 cups soft caramel pieces, if you want

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment paper or a silicone mat on your cookie sheet and set it off to the side.
02 - Mix the butter (cold or room temp works fine), brown sugar, and regular sugar in a bowl until they're smooth and fully combined.
03 - Throw in your eggs and vanilla. Beat everything until it's fluffy and all mixed together.
04 - Add your flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to the mixture. Stir until you get a nice soft dough.
05 - Mix in the salted caramel chips, white chocolate chips, and the soft caramel pieces if you're using them. Make sure they're spread out evenly in your dough.
06 - Using a 1/4 cup scoop, drop big balls of dough onto your prepared sheet. Leave about 2 inches between each one.
07 - Stick them in your hot oven for 30 to 45 minutes. They're done when the edges turn golden and the centers aren't gooey anymore.
08 - Take the sheet out and let the cookies sit there for 5 minutes before moving them to a cooling rack to finish cooling off.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - You don't need to chill the dough unless it feels too soft or warm to work with.
