Turn your oven on to 375°F and dab a bit of grease onto a 9x13-inch pan to keep things from sticking.

Scatter the rye bread cubes all across the bottom of the greased pan.

Spread the chopped corned beef on top of the bread pieces.

Pour the rinsed and drained sauerkraut over the corned beef evenly.

Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut layer.

Evenly sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese right on top of the dressing layer.

Pour the melted butter on top of the cheese, and if you'd like, scatter some caraway seeds over it too.

Pop the pan into the oven and bake it uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden on the edges.

Take it out and let it rest for a little while. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top if you'd like.

Slice it up and serve while warm. Dig in!
