Reuben Bake Dish (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 6 cubed slices of rye bread
02 - 1 pound of corned beef from the deli, chopped up
03 - 1 cup of Thousand Island dressing
04 - 2 and a half cups of shredded Swiss cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
06 - One can (16 oz) of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
07 - 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds, optional
08 - Freshly chopped parsley for topping, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F and dab a bit of grease onto a 9x13-inch pan to keep things from sticking.
02 - Scatter the rye bread cubes all across the bottom of the greased pan.
03 - Spread the chopped corned beef on top of the bread pieces.
04 - Pour the rinsed and drained sauerkraut over the corned beef evenly.
05 - Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut layer.
06 - Evenly sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese right on top of the dressing layer.
07 - Pour the melted butter on top of the cheese, and if you'd like, scatter some caraway seeds over it too.
08 - Pop the pan into the oven and bake it uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and golden on the edges.
09 - Take it out and let it rest for a little while. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top if you'd like.
10 - Slice it up and serve while warm. Dig in!
