# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 slices of deli-style turkey breast
02 - 1 large tortilla made with wheat flour
03 - 2 slices of cheddar cheese
04 - 3 thin slices of fresh tomatoes
05 - 4 strips of cooked bacon
06 - 25 grams of chopped romaine lettuce
07 - 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing spread

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Spread the tortilla flat on a smooth surface like a cutting board. Smear the ranch dressing generously in the middle portion.
02 - Layer the cheddar slices, turkey, bacon strips, tomatoes, and shredded lettuce evenly over the tortilla with ranch.
03 - Start by folding the lower part over the filling. Fold the sides inward, then tightly roll it up like a burrito. Cut it into halves if you'd like.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Eat right after making for the freshest crunch, or keep it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to four days.
02 - If freezing, skip the lettuce and tomatoes, wrap snugly in plastic wrap, and freeze for no more than three months. Defrost in the fridge and add fresh veggies before eating.
