01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup milk
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

10 - 1 cup shredded or cubed cheddar cheese
11 - 1/4 cup ketchup, plus more for topping

12 - Nonstick cooking spray or oil

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan or a regular muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or oil.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and ketchup. Mix until just incorporated.
03 - Spoon approximately one tablespoon of the meat mixture into each prepared muffin cup and press to form a base. Place a small cube or spoonful of cheddar cheese in the center of each, then top with additional meat mixture, pressing edges to thoroughly seal the cheese inside.
04 - Spoon a small amount of ketchup on top of each portion, if desired.
05 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bites are cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F, with cheese melted inside.
06 - Allow to rest in the pan for 5 minutes. Gently remove the bites and serve warm as an appetizer or main with preferred side dishes.
