Mix together the cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper in a big skillet or pot. Keep stirring on medium heat until everything melts together into a smooth, warm sauce, which takes about 5 minutes.

Toss in the frozen meatballs and make sure they're all coated with sauce. Turn the heat down to medium-low, put a lid on the pan, and let it bubble gently for 15 to 20 minutes until the meatballs are hot all the way through.
