Pulled Pork Pineapple Coleslaw (Printable Version)

01 - 5 cups slow cooker pork carnitas (cold or room temperature)
02 - 4–6 Kaiser rolls
03 - 1 recipe pineapple coleslaw

→ Mustard Sauce

04 - 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar
05 - 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
06 - 2 teaspoons blackstrap molasses
07 - 2 dashes hot sauce (or more for heat)
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
11 - 1 teaspoon salt
12 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Whisk together all mustard sauce ingredients in a bowl until fully blended.
02 - Place the pork carnitas in a bowl, pour the mustard sauce over them, and toss well to coat.
03 - Slice the Kaiser rolls in half. Toast them under a broiler with the cut side up or in a toaster oven. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
04 - Layer 1 cup of sauced pork on the bottom bun, top with a generous amount of pineapple coleslaw, and place the top bun on.
05 - Serve warm and enjoy with extra napkins if needed.
