Spread strawberry syrup along the rim of each milkshake glass. Press rainbow sprinkles onto the syrup to adhere, then set the glasses in the freezer for five minutes to chill and set the decorations.

Combine strawberry ice cream, milk, 1/2 cup whipped topping, and strawberry syrup in a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses, filling nearly to the top. Add a generous swirl of whipped topping on each shake. Place a pink frosted donut on top of each glass.

Decorate with marshmallows and fresh strawberries on or around the donut. Optionally add extra candies for flair.
