# How to Make It:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Stir together and set aside.
02 - Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, beat softened butter with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until the mixture is light and fluffy.
03 - Add the egg and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and blend until smooth.
04 - Gradually incorporate the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing gently until a uniform dough forms.
05 - Fold semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough until evenly distributed.
06 - Spoon dough into mini muffin tins, filling each cup approximately two-thirds full.
