Fold semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough until evenly distributed.

Spoon dough into mini muffin tins, filling each cup approximately two-thirds full.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.

While still warm, press a miniature Reese’s peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie bite. Allow to cool before removing from tin.
