# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Peach Filling

02 - 1 cup canned peaches, chopped and drained
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

→ Cheesecake Filling

06 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
07 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
08 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Frying and Topping

09 - 1 cup vegetable oil
10 - 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
11 - Extra powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and homogenous. Set aside.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, combine chopped peaches, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
03 - Remove each biscuit from the can and gently flatten to approximately 1/4 inch thickness using hands or a rolling pin.
04 - Place 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture and 1 teaspoon of peach filling in the center of each flattened biscuit. Pinch edges to seal and roll gently into a round shape. Repeat for all portions.
05 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry donuts in batches of 2 to 3 for approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel-lined plate.
06 - While donuts are still warm, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and optional extra powdered sugar. Serve immediately for best flavor.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For optimal texture, assemble donuts just prior to frying. Serve warm for best results.
