07 - 2 large eggs, beaten lightly
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying

→ Making Creamy Sauce

09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 4 small garlic cloves, minced finely
11 - 1 tbsp flour, all-purpose
12 - 1 cup light chicken broth (low salt)
13 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated for flavor
14 - 1 cup of heavy cream
15 - Salt and ground black pepper to season
16 - Optional garnish: fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Use a mallet to pound chicken breasts until they have the same thickness.
02 - Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
03 - Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs first, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture till covered evenly.
04 - Warm olive oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken on each side (4–5 minutes per side) until crispy and fully cooked. Set aside to keep warm.
05 - Melt the butter in the same pan on medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and stir it around for about a minute.
06 - Add the flour gradually while stirring continuously, cooking for another minute. Slowly pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer gently.
07 - Whisk in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan gently. Let the mixture simmer until it thickens. Add some salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Place chicken back into the pan or arrange it on plates with the sauce poured over. Sprinkle optional parsley on top. Serve warm alongside rice, veggies, or pasta.
