Parmesan Crusted Chicken Dinner (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 1.5 lb chicken breast (about 3-4 pieces, approximately 1 inch thick)
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (Italian or plain)
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (if using plain breadcrumbs)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
08 - 1/2-3/4 teaspoon sea salt

→ For the Potatoes

09 - 2 lb red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
10 - 1-2 garlic cloves, minced
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
12 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
13 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ For the Green Beans

14 - 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
15 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
16 - 1 garlic clove, minced
17 - 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional)
18 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F.
02 - Line a sheet pan with parchment for easier cleaning or spray with cooking oil. In a medium bowl, toss all ingredients for potatoes together and stir well to evenly coat. Spread the potatoes on 1/3 of the pan and place in oven for 10-15 minutes (choose 15 minutes for more caramelization).
03 - While potatoes are cooking, combine all chicken ingredients in the same bowl and coat the chicken well.
04 - Remove the pan with the potatoes from the oven and add the prepared chicken to another third of the pan.
05 - Toss all green bean ingredients together and add them to the remaining third of the sheet pan.
06 - Bake for about 25 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. For extra crispy potatoes, turn the oven to broil on high for 4-5 more minutes if desired.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to cool several minutes before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Chicken thickness will affect cooking time. For larger or thicker breasts, plan for additional time.
02 - Season according to preference. Additional salt and pepper can be added after cooking.
