Easy Paleo Pork Chops Peach Salsa (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Pork Chops

01 - 4 thick cut pork chops
02 - 2 teaspoons chili powder
03 - 2 teaspoons allspice
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Grilled Peach Salsa

05 - 2 peaches, pitted and halved
06 - 2 teaspoons avocado oil
07 - 1/2 red onion, diced
08 - 1 plum tomato, diced
09 - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
10 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
11 - 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
02 - Season the pork all over with chili powder, allspice, salt, and pepper.
03 - Brush the cut sides of peaches with avocado oil.
04 - Add the peaches (cut side down) and pork to the grill, and cover. Grill the peaches for 5 minutes and remove to cool while the pork cooks.
05 - Grill the pork for 4-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
06 - Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes.
07 - Dice the grilled peaches and combine in a bowl with onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
08 - Serve pork chops with grilled peach salsa on the side or spooned over the meat.
