# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Beef Mixture

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
03 - 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
04 - 1 cup pizza sauce
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Assembly

08 - 6 hamburger buns
09 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
11 - Cooking spray or butter for toasting buns

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking up any clumps as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
03 - Add chopped green bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened. Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
04 - Arrange the hamburger bun halves on a baking sheet with the cut sides facing up. Lightly coat with cooking spray or spread with butter as preferred. Toast in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
05 - Evenly spoon the beef mixture over each toasted bun half. Top each with a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
06 - Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbles form on the surface.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For an extra crispy crust, lightly butter the bun halves before toasting. Use freshly shredded cheeses for optimal melting.
