# What You’ll Need:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
02 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
03 - 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 tsp salt
05 - 1/4 cup milk
06 - 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
07 - 1 egg
08 - 1 lb ground beef

→ Noodles and Sauce

09 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
10 - 12 oz egg noodles
11 - 2 cups beef broth
12 - 1/2 cup sour cream
13 - 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
14 - 2 tbsp butter

→ Toppings

15 - Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
16 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and lightly oil a 9x13 pan.
02 - Combine milk with breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soak.
03 - Add ground beef, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and garlic powder into the prepared breadcrumb mixture. Stir it all together until it's mixed well.
04 - Roll out small meatballs, about 1 inch each. Arrange them on a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
05 - While waiting for the meatballs, cook the egg noodles as the package says. Drain them when done.
06 - Warm up butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in some flour and cook for about a minute. Pour in the beef broth slowly while whisking. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened. Turn off the heat, then mix in the sour cream and Worcestershire sauce until everything is smooth.
07 - Take the cooked noodles, meatballs, and sauce, and gently stir them together in a big bowl. Spread this mixture into your prepared pan. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Use parsley if you'd like to garnish.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Letting breadcrumbs absorb milk ensures soft, moist meatballs.
