Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper, then mix until creamy and well blended.

Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until coated. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

Bake uncovered in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

Bake the bacon strips at 375°F for 20 minutes or until well done and golden brown.

Remove the casserole from the oven and garnish with additional crumbled bacon and sliced chives.
