10 - Sliced black olives, to taste
11 - Chopped green onions, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with nonstick cooking spray or butter.

03 - Spread half the crushed tortilla chips evenly in the prepared baking dish. Spoon the refried beans over the chips. Top with half of the seasoned beef mixture.
04 - Sprinkle one cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese over the beef. Arrange the remaining tortilla chips as a layer, then add the rest of the beef mixture and cheese.
05 - Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove from the oven and allow the casserole to cool for 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, green onions, and cilantro. Serve warm.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For extra crispiness, assemble just before baking. For added heat, use spicy salsa or mix in chili flakes with the beef.
