02 - 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced
03 - 1/2 orange bell pepper, finely diced
04 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
05 - 1/3 cup sour cream
06 - 1 13.75 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
07 - 1 13.75 oz can corn, rinsed and drained
08 - 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
09 - 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
10 - 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and minced
11 - 1 package taco seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and taco seasoning until smooth and well combined. Refrigerate until needed.
02 - In a large bowl, mix coleslaw mix, diced red and orange bell peppers, black beans, corn, cilantro, and jalapeño. Ensure beans and corn are well-drained to avoid excess liquid.
03 - Remove the prepared dressing from the refrigerator and mix it thoroughly with the vegetable mixture. Ensure uniform coating. Garnish with extra cilantro if desired.
