Turn the oven on to 400°F. Either grease a baking tray lightly or cover it with parchment paper.

Take the pizza dough and roll it out flat on a floured countertop. Divide it evenly into six sections, each a rectangle.

Spread 1 tbsp of sauce on one side of each dough section. Add a bit of mozzarella, cheddar, and a few turkey pepperoni slices on top.

Bring the empty side of the dough over the fillings to form a pouch. Push down the edges with a fork until sealed well.

Put the dough pockets onto your prepared tray. Brush olive oil over the tops, then sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan if you want.

Bake them in the oven for 12–15 minutes. Take them out once they’re golden and have a nice crisp.

Let them cool for a little bit before serving. You can dip them into more pizza sauce if you’d like!
