Cheesy Melty Pockets (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
02 - 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
03 - 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni, sliced thin
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 can (13.8 oz) ready-to-use pizza dough
08 - 1/2 tsp Italian herb mix
09 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn the oven on to 400°F. Either grease a baking tray lightly or cover it with parchment paper.
02 - Take the pizza dough and roll it out flat on a floured countertop. Divide it evenly into six sections, each a rectangle.
03 - Spread 1 tbsp of sauce on one side of each dough section. Add a bit of mozzarella, cheddar, and a few turkey pepperoni slices on top.
04 - Bring the empty side of the dough over the fillings to form a pouch. Push down the edges with a fork until sealed well.
05 - Put the dough pockets onto your prepared tray. Brush olive oil over the tops, then sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan if you want.
06 - Bake them in the oven for 12–15 minutes. Take them out once they’re golden and have a nice crisp.
07 - Let them cool for a little bit before serving. You can dip them into more pizza sauce if you’d like!
