Tender Chicken Filets (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 chicken breasts, no bones or skin
02 - 1/2 cup creamy Caesar-style dressing
03 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
04 - 1/2 cup sour cream
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Topping

08 - 1 cup crushed crackers, buttery ones like Ritz
09 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
10 - Chopped fresh parsley, optional as a garnish

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Turn on your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a baking dish (9x13 inches) lightly to prevent sticking.
02 - Stir together the Caesar dressing, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic and onion powders, and black pepper in a medium bowl until blended.
03 - Lay out the chicken breasts in the greased dish in a single layer. Spread the Caesar mixture over each one, covering them fully.
04 - Combine the melted butter with the crushed crackers in a small bowl. Sprinkle this buttery crumb mixture evenly over the chicken pieces.
05 - Bake without covering for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden and the chicken's inside hits 74°C (165°F).
06 - If you'd like, sprinkle with parsley before serving. Tastes great with roasted veggies or a fresh salad.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a crispier topping, switch to broil mode for 1–2 minutes after baking, but watch closely to avoid burning.
02 - Make sure the internal chicken temp is right using a meat thermometer to be safe.
