06 - 4 slices sandwich bread

08 - Pinch of salt
09 - Pinch of dried oregano
10 - Pinch of crushed chili flakes

# How to Make It:

01 - Warm olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add spinach and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring until wilted. Season with a pinch of salt, then transfer spinach to a plate.
02 - Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two bread slices, buttered side down, onto the skillet. Distribute chopped sun-dried tomatoes evenly over each slice and press gently.
04 - Sprinkle half the feta and cheddar cheeses over the tomatoes, layer with sautéed spinach, then top with remaining feta and cheddar.
05 - Sprinkle each stack with oregano and chili flakes. Place remaining bread slices on top, buttered side facing outward.
06 - Cook sandwiches over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side, using a spatula to press lightly, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
