# Ingredients You’ll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 12 thawed and chopped frozen fully cooked beef meatballs
02 - 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce, plus additional for serving
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Assembly

04 - 8 egg roll wrappers
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for sealing

→ Frying

06 - Vegetable oil for deep frying

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine the chopped beef meatballs, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly mixed.
02 - Position an egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner facing you like a diamond.
03 - Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the meatball mixture in the center of the wrapper.
04 - Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in both sides, rolling up tightly. Brush the top corner lightly with olive oil to seal.
05 - Continue filling, folding, and sealing each wrapper until all filling is used.
06 - Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet or pot to a depth of about 2 inches and heat to 350°F (175°C).
07 - Fry the egg rolls in batches of 2 to 3, turning as needed, for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
08 - Transfer the fried egg rolls to a plate lined with paper towels to drain. Serve immediately with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Garnish with Parmesan or Italian seasoning if desired.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - Ensure the oil is properly heated before frying for even crispness and to prevent oil absorption.
