→ Main Dish

01 - 450 g cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
02 - 225 g Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
03 - 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled (approximately 1/2 cup)
04 - 1 cup pepperoni slices, halved
05 - 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

→ Garnish (Optional)

08 - Sliced black olives
09 - Diced green bell peppers
10 - Chopped fresh basil or parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or a large casserole dish.
02 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the marinara or pizza sauce with the cooked sausage, bacon, and half of the pepperoni slices. Stir well.
04 - Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add the cooked tortellini to the dish, then pour the remaining sauce mixture over the top, ensuring all the pasta is coated. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the dish. Arrange the remaining pepperoni slices on top for a classic pizza look.
05 - Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Garnish with sliced black olives, diced green bell peppers, or fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot with a side of garlic bread or a simple salad.
