Cook the ground beef in a large pan over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain off any grease that collects.

Toss in the sausage, bacon, pepperoni, onion, bell peppers, seasonings, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Set your oven to 350°F. Pop the tortillas in and let them warm up for 2-3 minutes so they’re soft and pliable.

When the tortillas are out of the oven, spoon some pizza sauce over each one and spread it across.

Add the meat mixture across all the tortillas evenly, then sprinkle on mozzarella and olives.

Put the tortillas back in the oven for around 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and gooey.

Let them cool for a moment to lock in the flavors before digging in.
