Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Combine cooked pasta with the meat mixture, mixing well.

Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Add the remaining pasta mixture on top, then cover with the rest of the cheeses.

Top with pepperoni slices and black olives if desired.
