Meat Lover Pizza Casserole (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 lb Italian sausage
03 - 1 cup chicken ham, diced
04 - 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 1 (16 oz) box penne pasta
06 - 2 cups pizza sauce
07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
13 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
14 - 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (beef or turkey)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
04 - Stir in chicken ham and crumbled turkey bacon. Cook for another 2 minutes.
05 - Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and crushed red pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
06 - Combine cooked pasta with the meat mixture, mixing well.
07 - Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
08 - Add the remaining pasta mixture on top, then cover with the rest of the cheeses.
09 - Top with pepperoni slices and black olives if desired.
10 - Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
11 - Let the casserole cool slightly before serving.
