04 - Cajun spice blend

06 - Sweet paprika
07 - Herb mix (Italian)
08 - Oil from olives

→ Sauce

09 - 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
10 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped garlic
11 - 1/2 cup broth made from chicken
12 - 1/3 cup thick cream for whipping
13 - Tomatoes (sun-dried)
14 - 1 tablespoon white wine for cooking
15 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Italian or Parmesan cheese
16 - Table salt
17 - Ground black pepper
18 - Mixed Italian herbs

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Rub both sides of your chicken thighs with a mix of onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun spice, black pepper, paprika and Italian herbs. Warm up some olive oil in your pan and cook the chicken until it turns golden on each side. Move the browned chicken to another dish.
02 - Using the same pan, drop in butter and cook the chopped garlic till it smells good, about 3 minutes. Pour in your chicken broth, add the sun-dried tomatoes, and mix in the whipping cream. Throw in some salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, then let it bubble gently.
03 - Slowly sprinkle your grated Italian or Parmesan cheese into the bubbling sauce, stirring all the time so it melts evenly and makes the sauce nice and smooth.
04 - Drizzle your tasty sauce all over the browned chicken thighs. Stick them in a hot oven at 200°C (400°F) and let them cook for 30-35 minutes.
05 - Put your juicy chicken and its sauce on top of some fluffy mashed potatoes for a filling dinner.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Don't let the thick cream get too hot when you add it to the pan or your sauce might split.
