Loaded Bacon Cheese Fries (Printable Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Fries

01 - 450 g russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thin fries
02 - 3 Tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
04 - ½ tsp garlic powder
05 - ½ tsp chili powder
06 - Sea salt, to taste
07 - Ground black pepper, to taste

→ Toppings

08 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon
09 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
10 - ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
11 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
12 - 3 Tbsp sour cream
13 - 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
02 - Toss potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper to evenly coat.
03 - Spread seasoned fries in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
04 - Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then chop coarsely.
05 - Remove fries from oven, scatter chopped bacon, and sprinkle cheddar cheese (and blue cheese if using) on top. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted.
06 - Top loaded fries with green onions, sour cream, and parsley. Serve immediately.

01 - Flip fries halfway through baking for even crispiness.
