01 -
Follow the directions on the package to cook the noodles. Once done, drain them and set them aside.
02 -
Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in a large wok or skillet on medium-high. Toss in the beef slices and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
03 -
Add the last tablespoon of oil to the same pan. Drop in the broccoli, garlic, carrots, and bell pepper. Cook everything for about 4-5 minutes, giving it an occasional stir, until the veggies are tender but not mushy.
04 -
Toss the cooked noodles and the browned beef back into the pan with the veggies.
05 -
In a small dish, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until smooth.
06 -
Pour the sauce over the noodles, beef, and vegetables. Stir well until everything is evenly coated.
07 -
For a thicker sauce, add the cornstarch-water mix to the pan. Cook for another minute or two while stirring to thicken.
08 -
Top with the green onions and serve immediately while hot.
