01 -
Melt your unsalted butter and let it sit for about 20 minutes to cool down completely, making sure it isn't warm when you use it.
02 -
In a big bowl, stir together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until they're mixed well.
03 -
In another bowl, mix the cooled melted butter with both sugars until smooth. Then add your eggs and vanilla, and stir until everything's well blended.
04 -
Pour the flour mix into your wet ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula just until you can't see any dry spots.
05 -
Add the M&M's, white chocolate chips, pretzel bits, potato chip pieces, and holiday sprinkles. Fold them in so they're spread evenly through the dough.
06 -
Scoop the dough using a 1 1/2 ounce ice cream scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each ball.
07 -
Put the cookie dough balls in the fridge for 1 hour. If you're in a hurry, pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes instead.
08 -
Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Put six dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes, turning the pan around halfway through cooking.
09 -
Take the cookies out and right away use a big cookie cutter to gently push the edges into a perfect circle. While they're still hot, stick some extra mix-ins on top as decoration.
