03 - 8 slices sugar-free bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 3/4 cup paleo mayonnaise
05 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives, thinly sliced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Peel the hard boiled eggs and chop them into small pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Add the red onion, bacon, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, chives, sea salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika to the bowl with the eggs.
03 - Use a spoon to stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
