01 - 8 slices bacon, chopped into 1-inch pieces
02 - ¾ cup onion, diced
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - ½ teaspoon cumin
05 - ½ teaspoon oregano
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 225 g reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
08 - ¼ cup sour cream
09 - 1 pre-made 16-inch pizza dough
10 - 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
11 - ½ cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
12 - 4 jalapeños, thinly sliced into rings
13 - 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 200 °C.
02 - In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium-high heat until crispy, about 10 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, keeping a little of the drippings.
03 - In the same skillet, cook the onions until translucent, about 5–7 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden. Season with cumin, oregano, and black pepper.
04 - Stir in cream cheese and sour cream into the skillet until melted and smooth.
05 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
06 - Add the cooked bacon and jalapeño rings. Finish with parsley flakes.
07 - Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
08 - Let cool slightly, slice, and serve.

# Extra Suggestions:

01 - For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5–7 minutes before adding toppings.
02 - Remove jalapeño seeds for less heat or keep them for an extra kick.
