01 - 1 ½ lb chuck roast or flank steak, sliced into thin strips
02 - 1 tablespoon canola oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - ¾ cup beef broth
05 - ½ cup soy sauce
06 - ⅓ cup brown sugar
07 - 2 tablespoon sesame oil
08 - 1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
09 - 3 tablespoon water
10 - 3 tablespoon cornstarch

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Set the Instant Pot to 'Saute' and add the canola oil.
02 - When the oil is heated, add the beef strips in batches and brown evenly.
03 - Stir in the beef broth, minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Mix until brown sugar is fully dissolved.
04 - Lock the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes, ensuring the valve is in the sealing position.
05 - When the cooking is complete, perform a quick pressure release by switching the valve to the venting position. Carefully remove the lid once the valve drops.
06 - Prepare a mixture of cornstarch and water, then add it to the pot. Stir until the sauce thickens and is smooth.
07 - Set the Instant Pot to 'Saute', add the broccoli florets, and stir. Close the lid and let the broccoli cook for 3 minutes if fresh or 5 minutes if frozen.
08 - Open the lid, serve, and enjoy your beef and broccoli.
