# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
03 - 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced (optional)
04 - 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
05 - 1/4 cup diced onions
06 - 1 tablespoon butter or oil
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
