Grab some paper towels and completely dry off the chicken breasts to get rid of any extra moisture.

Brush the chicken with olive oil until fully coated, then sprinkle and rub in the garlic powder, smoky paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pour a tiny bit of olive oil into a skillet that can go in the oven and warm it up over medium-high heat.

Drop the chicken into the hot skillet and cook each side for about 3 to 4 minutes until you see a nice golden crust forming.

Put the whole skillet into a 400°F (204°C) oven that's already hot and let the chicken cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a meat thermometer shows 165°F (74°C) inside.

Take the pan out of the oven, pour the spicy honey all over the chicken, then scatter the feta chunks and fresh thyme on top. Dish it up right away.
